Hi-Tech Gutter Cleaning

 
Debris filled gutters are not only an eye sour, but they can also cause some of the following major household issues:

Our hi-tech gutter cleaning system allows us to vacuum debris filled gutters and rooftops to safely and effectively remove leaves, mud, sludge, dirt, and even shingle granules. 

Here are a few reasons why you should select hi-tech gutter cleaning when considering options for servicing your gutters:
  • We collect and bag all debris collected from site and remove from your property. 
  • Our equipment allows to clean out all downspouts.
  • Our equipment allows us to access gutters up to a three story building while doing so from the safety of the ground. 

Ultra Pure Water System


Our water fed pole combined with our ultra pure water filtration system makes those hard to reach windows a breeze to clean safely.

The process begins with our hi-tech, 3 stage, water filtration system which removes all impurities from your source water. Once the particles on the window are agitated with our extendable water fed pole, the pure water attracts all loose particles built up on the surface and proceeds to wash them away. The water fed pole also allows us to effectively clean off window frames along with sills. Normally, when unfiltered water evaporates on a window it can leave behind impurities it has picked up. This can cause streaks to be left behind after drying. Due to the use of pure water, our finished product is a spotless, streak free window!

Our gutter vac system allows us to effectively remove and collect debris from clogged gutters which we then bag up and remove from your property.

Our pure water system works just as well as our more traditional methods, while also allowing us to effectively clean hard to reach windows.
 
Pristine Monthly Lawncare Services
 
In order to best serve our clients by consistently servicing their property, we provide two packages to have your yard looking pristine year round.
  1. Our residential customers that are part of our yearly schedule will have their yards serviced approximately 34 weeks out of the upcoming year. Properties are serviced weekly throughout the summer, bi-weekly throughout spring and fall, and once a month in winter.
  2. Our commercial clients will have their property serviced approximately 40 weeks throughout the year. Properties are serviced weekly throughout the summer, bi-weekly throughout spring and fall, along with bi-weekly in winter.
NOTE: We can customize the mowing structure to your liking, but at minimum our clients must agree to our 34 cuts per year mowing structure.

Our standard lawncare services include providing exceptional cuts to your property along with weed eating, edging, and blowing off all debris from driveways, walkways, patios, etc. At additional costs, we can also take care of bagging leaves, light hedge trimming, weed control and removal, applying of mulch, and light debris removal.
